You must be at least 21 years old to register — this is Philippine law and PINAS77-linked operators enforce it at KYC. Register using your own real details:

1. Tap Register and enter your active Philippine mobile number.
2. Set a strong, unique password you do not use elsewhere.
3. Enter the one-time OTP sent to your phone to confirm the number.
4. Add your real name and details exactly as they appear on your government ID — this is what KYC will check.
5. Agree to the terms only after reading them, then finish. Account setup takes under two minutes.

KYC verification walkthrough

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a PAGCOR requirement, not a PINAS77 invention. It confirms your identity and age and protects your account. You complete it once, and it is reviewed within 24–48 hours.

1. Open Account → Verification and choose one valid government-issued ID.
2. Upload a clear photo of the ID with all four corners visible and the text readable.
3. Take the selfie or liveness check when prompted, in good lighting.
4. Submit and wait for the review (typically 24–48h). You will be notified when it clears.

• Name mismatch: the name on your account, ID and GCash wallet must all match exactly — the single most common reason a check or payout is held.
• Blurry or cropped ID: retake in daylight with all corners in frame and no glare.
• Underage or borrowed ID: accounts must belong to the player; any account found to be a minor's or a third party's is closed.
• Selfie rejected: remove hats and glasses, face the camera directly, and match the person on the ID.
